I work in English and written French.

1: I don't

• do anything properly and genuinely reserved by local regulation monopolistically to a practising lawyer (on which a lot of self-interested disinformation is out there that needs correcting). That leaves lots of scope for a wide range of MrRigorous.pro services.

2: I don't

• accept any appointment, including power-attorney, trustee, executor, administrator, proxy, healthcare proxy, nominee, guardian, etc.

• accept gifts.

3: I don't

• handle customer or transaction money

• prepare customer financial statements or customer personal accounts. I do prepare transaction accounts from genuinely complete authenticated primary source material.

4: I don't

• act for both sides

• do cosy private discussions with the opposition

• work with, in or as part of any 'team'

• use 'regards', 'kind regards', 'best wishes' etc. 

• no vested interests

• no duty-interest conflicts

• no claims on my independence.

• no annoying colleagues

• no oppressive workplace

• no obnoxious (or any other) secretary.

• no silly walk

• no stupid accent

• no phoney-baloney bullshit.

• no jargon

• no gibberish

• no idiotic procedures
